We are a Independent family run Lettings & Property Management Company based in Fife. Hann Lettings owners have over 30 years combined experience in Residential Property Management, Estate Management covering Holiday rentals, Estate Maintenance, Stalking and Fishing.

We are confident in the knowledge that the service we provide to you is of the utmost quality and efficiency.

We aim to bring back the attention to detail and individual care which seems to have been lost in the larger agencies, where the personal touch is so often lacking.

Due to the rapidly evolving situation with COVID-19 it is understandably causing our landlords and tenants to query the likely implications this may have to their daily lives.

We must take all necessary precautions to protect the staff and clients of Hann Lettings & Property Management Limited. While trying to avoid one to one contact and reducing the possible spread of the COVID-19 VIRUS, the office door will remain locked throughout this uncertain time. We ask all landlords, tenants and future clients during this time not to attend the office but to contact us by telephone 01383 722093 or email info@hannlettings.co.uk where we will only be to happy to speak to you

We have put a list of measures together to help the business run smoothly and safely whilst continuing the high level of service to our landlords and tenants.
On the instruction or request from a landlord or tenant we will decide if the request is absolutely necessary.

Periodic Inspections have been temporarily postponed until further notice.
As part of our on-going efforts to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) Hann Lettings & Property Management Limited has made some changes to the repair service.
Where allowed all essential emergency repairs will be completed using procedures to minimize the risk to tenants, employees and contractors. Staff will therefore ask tenants a number of questions to assist with this process.
In line with government advice, to minimize face to face contact, any non-essential repairs to the inside of a property will be logged as normal but will be postponed until a later date.
Any non-essential repairs to the outside of a property, where no face to face contact is necessary, will be completed wherever possible.
Landlords and tenants should continue to contact us as normal with any repairs via office Tel 01383 722093 and email info@hannlettings.co.uk whilst the office remains open or by mobile 07597971877 and email info@hannlettings.co.uk should we be required to work from home.
Where the situation allows viewings will continue on vacant property only. No viewings will take place where the property has existing occupants who have been identified as being particularly vulnerable or at risk. Visits will not be carried out to properties where the occupants are in self-isolation.
Tenants that are affected by Coronavirus and concerned regarding their rent payments can apply to the Department for Work and Pensions for Universal Credit see Government website www.gov.uk/universal-credit for further information and advice see Shelter Scotland website https://scotland.shelter.org.uk
