We are a Independent family run Lettings & Property Management Company based in Fife. Hann Lettings & Property Management Limited owners have over 30 years combined experience in Residential Property Management, Estate Management covering Holiday rentals, Estate Maintenance, Stalking and Fishing.

We are confident in the knowledge that the service we provide to you is of the utmost quality and efficiency.

We aim to bring back the attention to detail and individual care which seems to have been lost in the larger agencies, where the personal touch is so often lacking.

We are registered with Fife, Edinburgh, Clackmannanshire & Glasgow Councils. Our managed properties extend throughout these areas.

We are members of the Scottish Association of Landlords Council of Letting Agents and hold the NFOPP Sale of Residential Property Scotland and a City & Guilds Accredited Landlord Risk Assessment for the Control in Domestic Water Systems.

As a Lettings and Management Company we take great pride in the properties that we choose to manage, as managers we do not see the point in accepting poor quality property knowing that there will be very little hope of them being let, unless the landlord requires our help and services in maintaining it to a standard of a quality and that they conform to all safety regulations with this type of management we have found that our properties are let faster and our tenants stay longer and that the landlord has smaller maintenance bills and we achieve the best possible income for our clients than having a window or web page full of un-let properties that no one wants.
